The Health Center is comprised of a skilled nursing facility, assisted living community, and memory care program. Both short- and long-term services are available. The services provided adhere to the high standards and expectations of our residents, their family members, and regulatory agencies. Quality is achieved by continuously improving service delivery and measuring resident satisfaction through surveys, meetings, and one-on-one conversations. Christie Yormick, Nursing Director
“As the Director of Nursing, my team’s responsibility is to ensure that the personal care provided to the residents is of the highest quality. When a Fox Run resident makes a move to the Health Center, it can be a time of uncertainty and anxiety. The Health Center has supportive staff to help make this transition as smooth as possible. The Health Center’s personal care staff, which include RNs, LPNs, and Aides, are trained to provide care that meets professional standards. Once each staff member joins the Fox Run team they are individually educated and coached on our high expectations. Fox Run is proud to offer the services of the Health Center to our residents.”
