DIRECTOR OF NURSING: Full-time. Responsible for the operations and programs of the nursing care unit. Directs, coordinates and supervises all clinical staff. Maintains and ensures compliance with NYS DOH regulations.

Qualifications
1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. MSN is desirable.
2. Minimum of five years of long term care nursing preferred. Minimum of eight years of nursing experience required.
3. Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
4. Must have knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations and vast experience with survey processes.
5. Holds a current, unencumbered registered nursing license to practice in the State of New York.
6. CPR certification.
7. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care primarily to the geriatric population.

Salary range $100,000 – $115,000 $10,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!!
