We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven Marketing & Sales Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective residents and their families, guide them through the move-in journey, and help create a welcoming and supportive experience from first contact to move-in day.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong sales and customer service skills, who thrives in a people-focused environment and is passionate about helping seniors and their families make important life decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and families through phone outreach, follow-up communication, and in-person meetings
• Conduct community tours and present the benefits, services, and lifestyle offered
• Guide individuals and families through the move-in and contract process
• Meet and exceed established sales and occupancy goals
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive resident experience
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in senior living, retirement living, sales, or customer service-related environments
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, caring environment
• Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused approach
Compensation
Salary Range: $42,000 – $48,000 annually, plus commission
This is an on-site position.
