Fox Run is seeking an on-site Communications Specialist to oversee all aspects of communications during the Independent Living Expansion project, with a focus on internal communications. Hours are mainly Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with some evening hours.

Must be a self-starter, work independently, create and implement communication strategies that will keep Community Members informed throughout the project regarding aspects and updates, while maintaining a consistent flow of information across the Fox Run Community. Communication will take place through a variety of methods, including face-to-face interactions, memos, posters and flyers, updates to Quiltt (the Fox Run Mobile App), and coffee hours.

Some responsibilities are as follows:

• Two-way communications between Community Members and the Management Team
• In-house TV videos/updates via YouTube and Play software, recorded communications from the CEO, etc.
• Newsletter updates
• Reports outlining the progress of the construction
• Photos/videos/slide shows
• Development of any communication strategies that are approved by the CEO/Management Team

This position will report regularly to the Operations Team while ultimately reporting to the CEO of Fox Run. The individual will also serve as a liaison between the Fox Run Resident Expansion Committee and the Management Team.
