Gourmet Meal Kits for Easy, Chef-Inspired Cooking at Home
The Fox’s Market is a convenient meal kit service designed by the Fox Run Dining Services Team. It allows Fox Run Community Members & staff to prepare gourmet, chef-inspired meals at home with ease. Each kit includes a step-by-step recipe along with all the fresh, pre-portioned ingredients you need.
For Community Members: You can use your declining balance to cover one meal kit. Any additional kits will be charged to your Monthly Service Fee statement.
For Staff: Please use cash for payment.
How to Order: Weekly menus are available at the hostess stand, the Bistro, Volante Eats, & the Quiltt app.
Please submit your completed order forms to the hostess stand or contact the Dining Services Department at 716.508.2142 before the deadline specified on the form.
Meet Our Award-Winning Culinary Team
Lisa Sanders, our Director of Dining Services, brings an exceptional wealth of culinary expertise to Fox Run at Orchard Park. With a distinguished background spanning hotels, restaurants, and country clubs, Lisa’s culinary journey is marked by dedication & excellence. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University, she has been a cornerstone of Morrison Living since 2011 and a cherished leader at Fox Run since 2013.
Under Lisa’s visionary leadership, Fox Run received the inaugural Center for Excellence Award from Morrison Living. Her talent & passion have also earned her national recognition as a top chef, including first place in the Women in Culinary Competition & the esteemed title of Compass Chef of the Year in 2019. 2024 also saw Lisa nominated and winner of the esteemed Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 award.
Lisa’s love for cooking ignited in childhood, inspired by cherished early experiences in the kitchen. Her talent shines in diverse dining settings, from grand banquets to intimate meals, always leading her team with creativity & innovation. With unwavering dedication, Lisa continually inspires & elevates our culinary standards, making every meal at Fox Run a memorable experience filled with care & pride.
Meet Aaron Stolinski, our Assistant Director of Dining Services. Aaron joined Fox Run at Orchard Park in 2019 as the Dining Room Supervisor and was promoted to his current role in 2022. He values the meaningful engagement opportunities for both residents and staff at Fox Run–and particularly enjoys connecting with Community Members and hearing their stories.
Raised in Cheektowaga, Aaron graduated from Cheektowaga Central High School and studied culinary and hospitality management at Niagara County Community College. With experience in various dining and hospitality roles, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
Outside of work, Aaron resides in Cheektowaga with his dog, Frank. He enjoys golf, fishing, and cheering on the Bills. Go Bills!
Meet Tina Jernatowski, MS, RDN, Clinical Nutrition Manager of Dining Services. With a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from SUNY Buffalo, Tina’s journey led her from Buffalo to Nashville, where she excelled as the Director of Dietary and a Registered Dietitian for the National Healthcare Corporation.
Returning to her Buffalo roots, Tina purchased her childhood home and joined the Fox Run Dining team, where she’s the go-to expert for all things nutrition. When she’s not enhancing the dining experience at Fox Run, Tina’s updating her home, cheering on Buffalo’s sports teams, or watching the Savannah Bananas baseball team.
Her sweetest claim to fame? The Tina 2.0 ice cream—a chocolate and vanilla twist with chocolate sprinkles blended up into a Blizzard—named in her honor at PJ Cools Ice Cream Shoppe in Depew, NY.

At Fox Run at Orchard Park, our dining experience shines through our partnership with Morrison Living, a leader in culinary services for senior living communities nationwide. Our chefs work closely with the community to align with the preferences and requests of our Community Members and their guests.
Choose from casual dining in The Bistro, formal dining in The Bob & Sally Bieler Oak Room, or private dining for special occasions in The Acorn Club. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail in the lively Fox’s Den. Our flexible meal plan, covered under the Fox Run Monthly Service Fee, provides access to all dining venues, allowing Community Members to enjoy meals on their own terms.
