Fox Run Health Center Skilled Nursing

Fox Run at Orchard Park regrets to report one staff member tested positive COVID-19. This employee will return to work after their isolation period per the current New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) guidelines. No other close contacts have been established during our contact tracing investigation and there is no need for testing at this time.

Fox Run reports zero positive cases of COVID-19 amongst our Skilled Nursing Residents.  If we observe any Resident or employee to have potential symptoms of COVID-19, we will conduct a COVID-19 rapid test immediately.

All visitors must be tested for COVID-19 prior to their visit.  The only visitors that are exempt from this requirement are compassionate caregiver visitors, those who are visiting a resident who is experiencing a significant change or end-of-life care.

Visitors have the following choices:

  • Receive a negative result from a PCR test within 48-hours of visit
  • Receive a negative result from an at home Rapid test within 24-hours of visit

Fox Run will provide the iHealth Antigen Rapid tests prior to your visit, if needed.  Tests are available in the Health Center main entrance vestibule. Please perform the test in your vehicle; return to the Health Center only if you receive a negative test result.  Please DO NOT re-enter the Health Center if you are positive.

Upon return to the Health Center, follow the instructions for your screening and verification of results at the AccuShield kiosk.

Please be mindful that the questions during the screening process change often, and  pay attention to what answers you are confirming. You will need to verify through the AccuShield kiosk that you received a negative test result through a PCR or at home Rapid test.
