Cardio Drumming:

Floor Yoga:

Blend the principles of yoga and Pilates for a comprehensive, mind-body workout

Gentle Water Aerobics:

Enjoy a low-impact workout in the water that’s easy on the joints while providing excellent cardiovascular benefits

Mat Pilates/Core:

Strengthen your core and improve flexibility with this low-impact, full-body workout

Posture Work:

Class focuses on specific exercises that target muscles responsible for posture

Seated Core & Strength:

Strengthen your core and improve overall strength in a seated position

Standard Water Aerobics:

A more vigorous aquatic workout that enhances endurance and strength

Standing Yoga:

Blend the principles of yoga and Pilates for a comprehensive, mind-body workout

Strength & Resistance:

Build muscle and increase strength with focused resistance training

Stretch & Strength:

Combine stretching and strength-building exercises for a balanced workout

Upper Body Resistance:

Strength training designed to develop strength in the arms, upper & middle back, and chest
