As a Community Member, you’ll have access to just about everything you need to maintain a full, active life. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. All of our apartments and patio homes have ample parking and easy access to The Commons, “The Heart” of the Fox Run Community.

The Commons is open to all of our Community Members throughout the day. Think of this as an extension of your home where you can meet with friends, find a quiet place to read, or host your family for lunch. This is also the hub for all group activities and community events. With a full calendar of programs and events available to all Community Members, there’s never a dull moment. Life is as busy as you’d like it to be at Fox Run at Orchard Park.
