Full-Time, second shift 3pm-11pm.

Responsible for repairs to mechanical systems. Performs general repairs and maintenance duties in all buildings, including preventive maintenance. Maintains grounds, performing seasonal duties. Protects Fox Run property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Responds to resident emergencies. Performs various other functions as assigned. Make rounds on campus to ensure the safety of Community Members.

Hourly range: $18.00 – $21.00 (depends on experience)
