We offer three Life Care Plan options, allowing you to choose the plan that best fits your financial well-being, with the promise you can “age in place” with confidence, knowing you have access to a range of services and predictable costs.
OPTION 1
80% Refundable Life Care Plan
Opt for our Premier Refundable Plan to secure long-term care for life with no additional cost increases. This plan offers an 80% refund of your entrance fee upon departure and maintains a consistent monthly service fee across all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.
OPTION 2
Traditional Life Care Plan
With our Traditional Life Care Plan, you benefit from a lower entrance fee that declines by approximately 2% per month after moving in. This plan also features a stable monthly service fee throughout all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.
OPTION 3
Choice Care Plan
Our Choice Care Plan was made especially for those with Long Term Care Insurance, and provides an 80% refund of your entrance fee upon departure. This plan covers up to 30 days in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, and up to 60 days in Skilled Nursing. Beyond these included days, you’ll pay the current private pay rates for any additional care needed.
