Meet Fitness Coordinator, Becky Kedge

“Since I began my career with Fox Run at Orchard Park, I knew this was a very distinct environment, a gorgeous campus with a multitude of opportunities to learn and grow, especially from equally talented colleagues, and all of the unique Community Members. In this new role, I look forward to keeping Community Members active by sharing my passion for health and fitness, while I advance my journey here.”

Diving right into her new role as Fitness Coordinator, Becky looks forward to teaching exercise classes Monday – Friday mornings, ensuring Fox Run Community Members are off to a great start to their day. Her afternoons are spent with private fitness appointments for Community Members who prefer to work out on the gym equipment, or with those who are more comfortable with a little more instruction. Becky, not known for sitting still, also has scheduled fitness classes that she teaches in the Fox Run Health Center.  Becky smiles as she is quoted, “Laughter and exercise are the two best medicines for everyone, and I get to enjoy both, all day long!”

Becky’s career at Fox Run began in January, 2018, as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the Clement & Margot Ip Rehabilitation Center, leveraging her vast experience to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to all Community Members. Originally from Hamburg, NY, Becky founded her own massage therapy practice in 2009, growing the business as a licensed massage therapist, a certification she still holds to this day.

Off of the Fox Run campus, Becky attends the Fellowship Wesleyan Church, where she serves an active leadership role in the church’s Youth Group. While improving the lives of Fox Run Community Members and local youths, Becky raises three sons at home, taking every opportunity to remain active outdoors. More specifically, she enjoys walking with friends, playing pickleball, rock climbing, kayaking, and experiencing local live music.
